Application Policy
Crofton House School is happy to accept applications for all grades: grades Junior Kindergarten-12.
In the Early Childhood Education Centre, normal intake years are Junior Kindergarten (24 spaces) and Senior Kindergarten (8 spaces). In the junior school, normal intake years are grade 1 (4 spaces), grade 4 (4 spaces) and grade 6 (20 spaces). In the senior school, grade 8 (50-60 spaces). For all other grades in the school, we can only admit new students once a space becomes available. Our current families must re-register in April, and we will contact the parents of short listed admission candidates for an interview as soon as a vacancy has been confirmed.

Junior School
Testing: All applicants will be invited to the school for testing from grades JK – grade 5.
Grade 6 and 7 students applicants are required to submit SSAT score. For more information, please see About the SSAT or visit www.ssat.org
Senior School
Testing: Grades 8 - 12:
Applicants are required to submit SSAT score. For more information, please see About the SSAT or visit www.ssat.org
Admission to Crofton House is based on:

The application deadline for both junior and senior school is December 1. First priority will be given to applications received by the deadline, however, applications for all grades are welcome at anytime and will be considered, subject to space availability. Please note, we encourage timely application as spaces do fill up quickly.
In the senior school only, applications will be reviewed as they are received throughout the year. Early admission may be granted to outstanding candidates when applications are complete, all admissions requirements have been met and space is available.

Submitting an Application
Please note: when applying online, supporting documents must still be submitted in hard copy along with the $350 application fee.
Alternatively, complete and return the printable application form below to the Admissions Office, along with all supporting documents and the $350 application fee.
Timeline
Applications must be received by the Admissions Office no later than December 1. Testing and interviews will be conducted from January to March, and placements offered shortly thereafter.
Entrance Scholarships
Thanks to the generosity of Crofton House School donors, the school is able to offer a number of entrance scholarships to students who have demonstrated high achievement in the areas of academics, arts, athletics, and citizenship. Entrance scholarships are merit-based financial awards presented to select students who have followed the entrance scholarship application process and successfully qualified for scholarship award. All scholarships are applied as a reduction of school fees. Specific scholarships and student eligibility are detailed in the Entrance Scholarship Booklet.

Financial Assistance
A certain amount of financial assistance is available. Financial aid forms are available from the Director of Business Administration. Interested parents or guardians should contact the Director of Business Administration for further information.
