The senior administrative team, faculty, and staff at Crofton House School work collaboratively together to ensure student learning remains at the centre of everything we do. We believe in the school's mission statement and are "dedicated to stimulating and nurturing each student's potential for intellectual, artistic, and athletic excellence. We inspire young women to meet the challenges of life with confidence, to take a responsible role in society, and to enjoy a lifelong enthusiasm for learning."

Our directors are a dynamic team of professional women who provide sound leadership and are excellent role models for girls and young women. Our faculty are all certified teachers who are committed to the benefits of an all-girls' learning environment. We are fortunate to have a wonderful balance between young teachers and those more experienced.

All courses in the Senior School are taught by subject specialists, while the Junior School is a balance between specialists in subjects such as art, music, French, physical education, and information technology, and form teachers who are qualified in the primary or junior divisions.

Our administrative staff provide the support needed to ensure our facilities are maintained at the highest standard and that all aspects of the school operate efficiently.
