CHS Strategic Plan Launch Event: To celebrate the launch of our new strategic plan, we invite our community to a special event on Monday, February 6, 2023, beginning at 6:30 pm. Ena Harrop, Head of School, will share the commitments and strategies that honour the past and will guide the School forward. The next strategic plan for CHS is the result of broad community consultation, and many voices informed and refined the vision for the future of Crofton House School. Crofton House School Birthday - Celebrating 125 Years: Alumnae are invited to join the whole school community in celebrating 125 years of girl-centred education on March 3, 2023. Please contact us at alumnae@croftonhouse.ca with any questions or to rsvp for this event. An invitation and itinerary will be sent in advance of the celebration. |
| March 28 | The Four Seasons Alumnae Book Club: The club has selected its first book, Magpie Murders by Anthony Horowitz. Alumnae chose this contemporary mystery because the female protagonist is a strong, engaging and amusing character. The book has not one but two mysteries that will challenge the reader. The club will meet four times a year with the first meeting taking place on Tuesday, January 24 at 6:30 pm. Please RSVP at alumnae@croftonhouse.ca to join in the discussion. |
| March to June | Pen Pal Program: Grade 1 students and alumnae put pencil to paper and share stories about their lives through the CHS Pen Pal Program. This delightful program helps grade 1 students learn how to print a proper letter and provides them with the opportunity to hear from alumnae! Alumnae who volunteer to participate in this program are often delighted to learn that the grade 1 students have similar favourite things at CHS like the woods to roam and play in. |
| May 12 | Varsity vs. Alumnae Field Hockey Tournament & BBQ: Brush off your cleats and join us for some fun on the field. The second annual CHS Alumnae vs. Varsity Student Field Hockey Match up and BBQ will be held rain or shine. Please rsvp at alumnae@croftonhouse.ca. |

25th CHS Golf Classic: Join us for some fun on the golf course followed by dinner at the CHS Golf Classic. Silent and live auction items will be available. Capstone Program: Get a first-hand experience of what the CHS Grade 12 students are working on by volunteering as a judge for the Capstone Program. Senior School Students have been working diligently on these projects that they will present to you for review and feedback. It would be a one-hour time commitment inviting up to 100 alumnae to join us at one of the 60-minute scheduled time slots via Zoom between May 23-26. If you would like to be a virtual Evaluator please reach out at alumnae@croftonconnects.ca before May 12th at 4:00 PM Pacific Time. |
