Crofton House Community Weekend:
June 5-7, 2026

This weekend brings together alumnae, students, parents, staff, and friends of CHS for fun-filled events that celebrate lifelong relationships and connections to the School. It also offers an opportunity to express gratitude for the many ways you support the School and celebrate the vibrant community we continue to build together.

Event Details

CHS Parents' Auxiliary Year-End Celebration

Who: CHS Students, Siblings, Parents, and Staff
When: Friday, June 5, 2026. 3:00 - 5:00 pm
Where: Nancy Chan Courtyard and Manrell Hall

Hosted by the CHS Parents' Auxiliary, the Year-End Celebration brings together parents, students, siblings, and staff for a delicious BBQ prepared by SAGE Dining. Enjoy student performances, fun with carnival games, and crafts. Family fun for all ages.

Community Appreciation Reception

Who: CHS Parent and Alumnae Volunteers, Staff, Foundation, and Board
When: Saturday, June 6, 2026. 1:00 - 2:00 pm
Where: Manrell Hall

Hosted by the School, the Community Appreciation Reception recognizes and thanks the parents, alumnae, staff - past and present - and friends of CHS who have contributed to the vibrant CHS community we continue to build together.

Student vs Alumnae Field Hockey Match

Who: CHS Alumnae and Student Field Hockey Players and their Fans, Staff, Foundation, and Board
When: Saturday, June 6, 2026. 2:00 - 3:00 pm (Players meet on the field at 1:30 pm)
Where: Kent Field

Hosted by the CHS Alumnae Association and the School, an exciting Student vs Alumnae Field Hockey Game will be played on Kent Field. Come cheer on the Falcons - past and present!

Alumnae Tours, Alumnae Association AGM, and Alumnae Reception and Reunions

Who: CHS Alumnae
When: Saturday, June 6. Starting at 3:00 pm
Where: Campus Wide

Hosted by the CHS Alumnae Association and the School, this fun-filled afternoon will welcome alumnae back to campus for campus tours, the Alumnae Association AGM, a reception and reunions. More details and timing to come.

Campus Tours: 3:00 - 4:00 pm (Self-guided or Staff-led options)
Alumnae Association AGM: 3:30 - 4:00 pm
Alumnae Reception: 4:00 - 6:00 pm (open to all alumnae)

Graduates' Tea

Who: CHS Class of 2026 and mothers or a significant woman in their lives
When: Sunday, June 7, 2026. 2:00 - 4:00 pm
Where: The University Centre at the University of British Columbia

Hosted by the CHS Alumnae Association and the School to celebrate and welcome the Class of 2026 into the Alumnae Association and a global network of more than 5,000 alumnae.
