Inviting Proposals for Winter Bazaar Partners

The School and the CHS Parents’ Auxiliary are excited to invite students, parents, staff, and alumnae to propose partnership ideas for the Winter Bazaar for 2025 to 2028.

The School has a strong tradition of collaborating with external organizations to enhance learning and build relationships with the wider community. Since 1944, the Winter Bazaar has partnered with organizations like the Junior Red Cross during World War II, and more recently with KidSafe, the Downtown Eastside Women’s Centre, and Women Leaders of Tomorrow.

To guide these partnerships, the School has recently developed principles that align with its strategic plan, Thriving in Possibility. A new CHS Partnership Advisory Group, made up of student, staff, Parents’ Auxiliary, and Alumnae Association representatives, will review partnership proposals and make recommendations based on these guiding principles. Bazaar partners from previous years are welcome to submit a proposal for consideration.

The CHS Partnership Advisory Group looks forward to reviewing your submission and exploring possible opportunities for collaboration. Please share your proposal for the CHS Winter Bazaar 2025-2028 partners by April 4, 2025.

If you have any questions, please email Kara McDonald, Deputy Head, Community Engagement and Partnerships at partnerships@croftonhouse.ca.
