Jennifer Grant '86
Jennifer is thrilled to share with the Crofton community that she was married on March 7th to Brian Wald. They were married in their home with their family present. She is now living in Toronto, having moved from London, ON one year ago, and is working for PwC in their Human Capital department.
Daegan Fryklind '87
Daegan Fryklind '87 is currently the Showrunner (writing Executive Producer) on the werewolf series Bitten, which just finished airing on Space in Canada, Syfy in the US, and HBONordic in Scandinavia, and is gearing up for Season 2! She's also writing for Motive, which airs on CTV/ABC.
Alexandra Olver '88
Alexandra Oliver 88's second book, Meeting the Tormentors in Safeway, which was named as a Canadian Poetry Book of the Year for 2013 by The National Post, has just been shortlisted for the Pat Lowther Award.
Sarah Lehman '82
Rooted in the San Francisco Bay Area, Sarah has taken on an important new role as Managing Director of Development and Marketing for the East Bay Community Foundation, one of the 25 largest community foundations in the U.S. The EBCF and its donor-advised fundholders grant about $60 million to non-profits annually, with particular focus on two program areas with community-changing potential: support for children to succeed in the critical period from birth to third grade, and enhancing economic opportunities for adults and families, particularly those with significant barriers to employment and financial stability.
Kathleen Cherry '82
Kathleen is pleased to announce the publication of her first children’s book Blowing Bubbles through Aaspirations Publishing. In other news, Kathleen is busy as a school counsellor and mother and is also pursuing her doctorate in psychology through Walden University.
Alexandra Oliver '88
Alexandra Oliver's second book of poetry, Meeting the Tormentors in Safeway, has been slated for publication in 2013 by Biblioasis (Raincoast). Nominated for a Pushcart prize twice in 2011, Alexandra currently lives in Glasgow, Scotland with her husband and son. A recent interview with Alexandra recently appeared in the film magazine White Coffee, based out of Edinburgh.
Lucia Santistevan '88
Lucia Santistevan is currently living in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and would love to know if any other Croftie lives in the area? "My family and I are enjoying living in the Middle East. Life in this Arabian oasis is very interesting and Dubai is a wonderful place to visit!"

Deborah Ross ‘84
Introducing Sadie Tamar Ross Armistead, born June 15th 2012 weighing 6 pounds 15 ounces. Sadie is little sister to Gabe and together with their mom and dad they divide their time between Whistler, BC and Manchester, England.
Andrea Will '83
In June of 2009 Andrea passed away at the age of 43 after a short but courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. She had been living in New York and was working as a partner at Eisner LLP Accountants. Andrea left behind her husband, her young son Tyler, and many family members, dear friends and colleagues. She is truly missed.
